Stephen Cardullo, a Florida native and esteemed alumnus of Florida State University, boasts a remarkable journey in the world of baseball. During his collegiate years from 2007 to 2010, Stephen distinguished himself as a 1st Team All-American shortstop and Team captain. His leadership and skill were instrumental in guiding FSU to the College World Series in both 2008 and 2010. Post-college, he was drafted in the 24th round by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2010 MLB Draft. Though released after two seasons, Stephen’s relentless determination led him through an inspiring journey in independent baseball. His perseverance paid off in 2016 when the Colorado Rockies offered him a chance to attend their minor league spring training. Seizing this opportunity, Stephen advanced to AAA and made his Major League debut on August 26, 2016, against the Washington Nationals. He played parts of two seasons from 2016-2017 with the Rockies before officially retiring in 2022. Post-retirement, Stephen founded Dullozone Baseball, channeling his extensive experience and passion for the game into nurturing the next generation of baseball talent, embarking on an exciting new chapter of his baseball journey.
